On Saturday March 27th 2010, Fish Head will appear at Barrie’s second annual Earth Hour Music Festival showcasing some of the biggest and best names in music. A massive stage will be located right in front of Barrie’s city hall on Collier Street, in the heart of the city. Energy efficient lighting will flood the stage as a musical star studded lineup will perform drawing people from all over Simcoe County and beyond. This free concert will echo through the streets of Barrie and around the world with performances from notable artists. The idea is to produce an evening of great music the whole family can enjoy and more importantly create the much needed awareness for our planet’s growing concern of dramatic climate change. A recognized celebrity emcee will touch on some of the facts about Earth Hour in an entertaining and fun way in between the musical sets but will also keep things concise to keep the music rolling throughout the event and the people entertained.
